Welcome to Agentix. In these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "we", "us" and "our" mean Agentix, and "you" means the customer. Agentix operates this online store and all related content, products and services (the "Services"). The Services are hosted by Shopify. By visiting or purchasing from our store you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services. You confirm the information you give us (name, contact, billing, shipping and payment details) is true, current and complete.

2. Our products. Our items are made to order (print on demand). We have made every effort to display products accurately, but colours and appearance may differ from what you see on your screen due to your device. Slight variation in print position, colour and finish is normal for made-to-order goods and is not a defect. We may change or discontinue products, and limit quantities, at any time.

3. Orders and acceptance. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it and your payment has been processed. Because items are made to order, we may be unable to change or cancel an order after it has entered production — contact us as soon as possible if you need a change.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you order. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that we may charge it for your order, including any shipping and applicable taxes.

5. Shipping and delivery. Production and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are handed to the carrier. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

6. Returns and refunds. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled solely under our Refund Policy. As our goods are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, but we will make right any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

7. Intellectual property. All designs, text, images, logos and the arrangement of the Services are owned by Agentix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our written consent. "Agentix" and our designs are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

8. Prohibited uses. You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use them to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, harvest others' data, send spam, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

9. Third parties (Shopify and fulfilment). The Services are powered by Shopify, and our products are produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand and fulfilment partners. Any sale is made directly with Agentix. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claim arising from your purchase. Third-party sites linked from our store are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content.

10. Disclaimer of warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services or any product. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

12. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentix and its partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you and Agentix submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

14. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept them.
