Made to order. Your items are printed and assembled just for you, so orders are not shipped from a warehouse shelf. Each order goes through two stages: production and then shipping.

Production time: typically 2–7 business days to print, cut, sew, and quality-check your items before they leave the facility.

Shipping time (after production):

  • New Zealand & Australia: approx. 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: approx. 5–8 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: approx. 6–12 business days

  • Rest of world: approx. 10–20 business days

All times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, and peak periods. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Split shipments. Orders with multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes on different days, at no extra cost to you.
