Made-to-order products. Every item at Agentix is printed and made especially for you when you order. Because nothing is pre-stocked, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or buyer's remorse. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. We stand fully behind print and product quality. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at agenticaotearoa@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the shipping label where relevant). We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship the item back.

Lost in transit. If tracking shows your order did not arrive, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.

Wrong address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we will reship once you cover the reshipping cost.

Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
